Key Responsibilities
Design and implement high-performance biometric matching algorithms
Analyze matcher performance using synthetic and real-world datasets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate matchers into mobile, embedded, and cloud platforms
Conduct benchmarking and robustness testing
Deep understanding in leveraging image analysis and AI to enhance Biometric algorithms
Skills & Qualifications
Strong programming skills in C and Python
Strong experience within image processing, pattern recognition and machine learning/deep learning
Familiarity with OpenCV, TensorFlow
Understanding of FAR/FRR/EER, template protection, and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Bonus: Experience with biometric systems, synthetic data generation or liveness detection
