Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-performance biometric matching algorithms

• Analyze matcher performance using synthetic and real-world datasets

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate matchers into mobile, embedded, and cloud platforms

• Conduct benchmarking and robustness testing

• Deep understanding in leveraging image analysis and AI to enhance Biometric algorithms

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in C and Python

• Strong experience within image processing, pattern recognition and machine learning/deep learning

• Familiarity with OpenCV, TensorFlow

• Understanding of FAR/FRR/EER, template protection, and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Bonus: Experience with biometric systems, synthetic data generation or liveness detection
